We ship our products as standard within Germany, to the EU as well as to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Orders over €100: free shipping within Germany

EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom: €9.90 per order, also free shipping for orders over €100

Delivery Times

Germany: 2–4 business days

EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Delivery time begins after receipt of payment. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Provider
We ship with DHL (GoGreen – climate neutral).
Delivery to parcel stations is possible (within Germany only).
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Partial Deliveries
Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
This will result in no additional shipping costs for you.
