Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lammerskötter GmbH, Karstenstraße 7d, 22587 Hamburg, email: info [at] riesenhemd.de, tel.: +49 (0)40 86693318) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier time.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
