Shipping within Germany

• For orders of one shirt, we charge a shipping fee of €4.95.
• Orders of two or more shirts ship free of charge.

International Shipping

We deliver your extra-long shirts not only to Germany, but also to all EU countries as well as to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

• Orders of two or more shirts ship free of charge.

Fast & Reliable Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Typically, we hand your package over to our shipping partner DHL the very next business day. This means you'll have your new extra-long shirt in your hands very soon.

Customs and Import Duties

Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, and other non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order to us within 30 days without providing a reason. The deadline begins on the day you receive the goods.

How Returns Work within Germany

• Please email us at info@riesenhemd.com if you wish to return a shirt.
  
• We will then send you a prepaid return label.
  
• With this label, you can drop off your package free of charge at any DHL location.
  

Returns from Abroad

• For orders from abroad, customers bear the cost of return shipping themselves.
  
• Please return the goods with sufficient postage to the address provided in our email.
  

Refunds

• Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount using the payment method selected at the time of order.
  
• Please note: Returns are only possible if the shirts are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
