The Rome is a classic business shirt in light blue and white stripes, combining elegance with a modern sensibility. With a 72 cm sleeve length (approx. 38 in) and an extended body, it was designed specifically for tall men from 190 cm (6'3").

The Rome is crafted from Oxford weave cotton, 100% cotton at 130 g/m² – breathable, durable and comfortable to wear all day.

All RIESENHEMD Hamburg shirts are produced in Europe, with with tight seam allowances for lasting shape and durability. The fabric is certified according to the strict "OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100" standard – tested for harmful substances, skin-friendly and sustainable.

Slim Fit Long – figure-hugging, a close, tailored cut for lean tall men
Modern Fit Long – slightly tapered, with a bit more room at the stomach for average-sized (but not large) tall men
Both fits feature an extended body length and true 72 cm sleeves (38 in), made for men from 190 cm (6'3").

How It All Began
What started as a personal search for stylish shirts with long sleeves became RIESENHEMD Hamburg in 2017. Dirk and Rosario Lammerskötter founded the label to create slim-cut shirts in extra length – made from premium fabrics and crafted to the highest standard. Today, every shirt is designed in Hamburg and produced by a traditional family-run business in Spain. Since 2018, RIESENHEMD Hamburg shirts have been available in our own webshop – with fits that make tall men look and feel their best.

We ship every order within 24 hours of receipt, often on the same day. We only use established shipping companies such as DHL, GLS and dpd. Your shirts should reach you as quickly as possible – in Germany, typically 2-3 business days after ordering.

Shipping charges are 4,95 Euro in Germany if you order one shirt and free above. For shipments to other European Union countries, as well as Switzerland and Norway, shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.50 euros for one shirt. For orders over 100 euros we ship free of charge.

You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lammerskötter GmbH, Karstenstraße 7d, 22587 Hamburg, Email: info@riesenhemd.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

All our shirts are manufactured in Spain according to our design and specifications. We work with a small family business that is now in its second generation of shirt manufacturing. We know the company well and visit regularly – this way we can also be sure that all employees are hired in accordance with European social and labor regulations.
