Returns within Germany

• Email us at info@riesenhemd.com to initiate a return
• We will send you a prepaid return label
• Drop off your package free of charge at any DHL location

International returns

• For orders from outside Germany, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Please return the goods with sufficient postage to the address provided in our email

Refund

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount via your original payment method
• Please note: items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition to be eligible for a return
