Anyone who wants to buy a shirt in extra length may be confused by the variety of designations that exist among individual manufacturers, e.g. modern fit, modern fit long, slim fit, body fit, contemporary fit, tailored fit, comfort fit,...

The reason is the different body types of men - there are thinner, athletic, heavier, shorter and taller men. Some have broader shoulders, muscular arms or narrow hips. That's why the various shirt manufacturers offer different fits for their shirts. However, many manufacturers use their own designations, and even with the same designation, the fit of different manufacturers is often not the same. Therefore, you should always look at the fit table / size chart of the manufacturers to know whether a shirt is cut narrow or wide.

The following suggestions follow a rather classic style, but ultimately your own personality should always be reflected in the way you dress. Therefore, these tips can only be well-intentioned suggestions. Try them out to see how you feel as a tall man, and ask those around you what suits you... Tip 1: Less is often more - especially for tall men For men, restraint in fashion often pays off. This is especially true for tall men, who stand out simply because of their height. If you combine height with loud color combinations or extravagant clothing, the first impression becomes very attention-seeking - this should really be carefully considered. The fact that less is often more can be seen with jeans - dark blue, not-too-loose jeans suit most men much better than washed-out or frayed models. And as a combination, a classic solid-colored polo shirt or t-shirt is often better than wildly printed or lettered variants. Fashion changes very quickly, and every season has the latest trend. The Stockholm Shirt The Stockholm shirt, together with the Berlin and Oslo shirts, belongs to our casual all-rounders. The Stockholm shirt is our black shirt with that certain something. It's not plain black fabric, but finely marled from black and dark gray checks. Combined with dark gray buttons and threads and a casual Italian collar, the shirt works equally well for celebrations or in the office. The Lissabon and Athen Shirts The Lissabon and Athen shirts are two new models that complement our casual Wien and Madrid shirts.
